THE TRAINING PROCESS
Onboarding Phase
Onboarding is an exciting phase in which you will become acquainted with the program.
The program begins with a Calibration Week, where we perform a series of coaching assessments required to personalise your program in detail.
Once complete, we set clear expectations and explain the results achievable within the specified timeframes.
You will also receive nutrition and mindset coaching during this phase.
